Please note that I am not selling any products, and I am not getting any financial incentive. I’m writing this blog simply to document my struggles with cancer and share what I have learned in case someone finds it of value.
My goal is to provide actionable concise information. I’d much rather read 5 pages of information summarizing the content of a book rather than read 500 pages of the same info repeated over and over. And this information is actionable, where possible backed up with real test results. But please note that, while some doctors agree, many doctors disagree with some or most of my therapies. Therefore it is important that you always conduct your own research and come to your own conclusions. Hopefully I can give you some ideas that you might use as a starting point.
I would like to thank my doctors for their valuable assistance. They are fantastic and I respect them all immensely. It took some searching to find the right doctors for me and they all fit that bill. While they might not agree with me all the time (or most of the time!), they express their opinions and do not belittle me for mine. And please note that they did not write this site and had no part in it. So they are absolutely not liable for anything I say here. These are my own thoughts.
Dr. Amber Flaherty is a wonderful oncologist. Caring, intelligent, and thoughtful. arizonaoncology.com/locations-physicians/physicians/profile-amber-flaherty-md/
Dr. James Spurgeon provides me much needed help and support. He’s a very smart guy and I have recommended him to several of my friends. They all rave about him. optimalmedicalhealth.com/

I’ve found that this is a useful tool for making some decisions if you are concerned about having PCa, or upon a new diagnosis. https://pc-decisiontree.com/

Restricted Eating
There are a number of types of restricted eating. Some of the main types are: Time Restricted Feeding (TRF). All calories are consumed in a feeding window. Nothing is eaten outside of this window. An example would be an 18:6 TRF. In the 18:6 TRF all meals are eaten within a six hour window and…
Recover/Kill Diet, Drugs, Sups
Much like chemotherapy or radiation therapy (or even intermittent ADT), I believe that we need to focus on killing the cancer and cancer stem cells but then take some time “off” to boost our immune systems and let our bodies heal. Antioxidants are one of the primary methods to boost the immune system and decrease…
